Our large outdoor patio is available for partial or full rentals for your special event. The patio can seat up to 96 guests and features equal parts shade and sun, flexible seating arrangements, lawn games, and more.
Semi-Private Restaurant Section
(20-30 Guests)
Reserve a semi-private section of the restaurant for you and your guests. This space can accommodate up to 30 guests and comes with a dedicated server.
Private Party Room
(30-90 Guests)
Our private party room can hold up to 90 guests and offers flexible food and drink packages to accommodate your style and budget.
Full Restaurant Buy Out
(100-250 Guests)

What Audio & Visual Capabilities Does Hail Varsity Club Provide?
Hail Varsity Club has AV capabilities to handle any event. Our party room features six 86″ HDTVs with HDMI ports, free wi-fi, a private surround sound system, staging for speakers or entertainment, and more.
What Service Should I Expect During The Party?
Your group will have dedicated service staff to maintain your tables and tend to your guests. The number of staff dedicated to your party depends on your party size. Parties of 40 or more will have a dedicated bartender as well.
I Have Fewer Than 20 Guests and Don't Need Private Space. What Can I Do?
We are more than happy to make a reservation for a group of 20 or fewer people if you don’t need a private space. This depends on time, day, and scheduled events. Please email events@hailvarsityclub.com to set up the reservation. Please include the date, time, and the number of guests in your party to expedite your reservation.
Can You Help Me Book Entertainment?

How Far is Hail Varsity Club from Downtown Omaha?
Hail Varsity Club is located about 14 miles west of Downtown Omaha. Our restaurant and sports bar is in La Vista, NE near Cabella’s and Costco with convenient access to I-80.
