Hope McCartney, a Papillion native, is a theatrical director and stage manager with a B.F.A. in Directing and a certified mixologist. Before joining the Hail Varsity Club team, she spent time creating innovative cocktails at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chicago, IL. Her passion for theatrics and entertainment, mixed with her extensive knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology, makes her an unforgettable bartender. We are lucky to have her at Hail Varsity Club!
